Cyprus’s most advanced time and attendance system
Know who is at work. Right now.
Face, card, QR or phone, every check-in lands in one live view of your floor, and becomes hours you can defend at the end of the month.
Wi-FiEvery terminal connects over Wi-Fi, so nothing needs a cable run to the door. Wired works too, where you would rather have it.
- Every check-in, kept
- Including the ones we refused, and why
- Minutes, not rounded hours
- The unit of record all the way to payroll
- Built in Cyprus
- Nicosia time, Cyprus public holidays, local support
- AI24FStaff entrance
- Q9Kitchen door
- AI24FBack of house

Sample data
An illustration of Attendance: two properties with how many staff are on site against how many the roster required, the attendance terminals at each door and whether they are online, the most recent check-in and the method that verified it, and the employee's own phone showing the shift running.
The hardware
Access control and attendance, on one box.
All four terminals do both jobs. They decide who gets through the door, and the same moment becomes the hours you pay for. Face, fingerprint, card, NFC, QR and PIN, in a different mix on each unit, so a staff entrance can be strict where a back corridor only needs to be quick. Most places buy an access system and a clocking system and spend the month reconciling them. This is one set of boxes and one record.
Why we can say that
The most detailed attendance system in Cyprus.
That is a large claim, so here is what it rests on. Ask us to show you any of it, on your own sites, this week.
- 01
Eleven ways to prove somebody is at work
Face, fingerprint, card, NFC, QR and PIN at the door. GPS geofence, site network, a rotating reception QR, an NFC tap and device biometrics on the phone. You choose which of them count, per site, and whether any one is enough or all of them must pass.
- 02
An engine that knows what a shift actually is
Early arrivals clamped. Punches inside your grace window snapped to the roster. Midnight crossings landing on the right day rather than split across two. One base pay code per day in a precedence you set, daily overtime then weekly, and split-shift allowance as its own line.
- 03
Arithmetic that is proved, not asserted
Three hundred seeded scenarios run through the engine against an independent oracle, checking that no minute is created or destroyed between a punch and a payroll line. Conservation here is a test that fails, not a sentence on a website.
- 04
Nothing quietly discarded
A punch from a badge we do not recognise is held and replays itself once the employee exists. A refused check-in is kept with its reason, the distance we measured and the network we saw. An approved day is never silently recomputed.
- 05
Built for Cyprus, not translated into it
Nicosia time handled inside the engine rather than bolted on the outside. Cyprus public holidays fetched and merged into the roster, with your own additions on top. Written here, run here, supported here.
Support
The best support in Cyprus.
Not a promise about ticket queues. It means the number below is answered by people who wrote the software and have stood behind a reception desk at seven in the morning.
80012900- A Cyprus freephone number, in your time zone, on your working day.
- The person you reach knows the engine, not a script, the team answering is the team that built it.
- We commission your terminals with you and run all seven hardware checks before calling one integrated.
- Every email to support is read by a person.
Partnership
Built alongside CyCom, not bolted onto it.
Attendance is a CyCom partner product. It is made to sit inside the same family of systems Cyprus businesses already run, rather than asking you to abandon what works and start again.
- CyComPartner
We build alongside CyCom and serve the same customers to the same standards. If you already run their software, you are not starting from scratch with us.
Connected
Sofia HR is CyCom's human resources software. Attendance is built to sit alongside it rather than compete with it, so your people records stay where your HR team already keeps them.
- CyCom PayrollConnector ready
The connector, the settings and the mapping from our codes to yours are built and tested. Hours flow across automatically the day CyCom release their interface. Until then you send them as a file, and nothing is ever reported as delivered when it was not.
Running something else? We connect to any HR, payroll or rostering system that offers a file, an API or a web service. Tell us what you use and we will tell you which of the three it takes.
Live floor
Watch the floor fill up.
Sites are geofenced on a map. As people check in, at a terminal, or on their phone inside the fence, they appear where they are, with the method that verified them. Managers stop asking whether anyone is at reception and look.

How people check in
You decide what counts as proof.
At the door
- Face
- Fingerprint
- RFID card
- NFC
- QR
- PIN
- Runs on AI24F, TM-AI03FP, Q8 and Q9 terminals through the TmAi24f gateway.
- Ai24F and Ai03FB carry a recorded certification against real hardware.
- Punches arrive idempotently: send the same event twice and it lands once.
On the phone
- GPS geofence
- Site network
- Reception QR
- NFC
- Device biometric
- A geofence radius you set per site, from 25 to 5000 metres. 150 is the default.
- Site network matched on IP range.
- A reception QR that re-rolls every five minutes.
- A tap of the phone at the door, on the same credential the card readers accept.
- Face ID or fingerprint proves who is holding the phone, so we never let it stand in for being at work.
And the policy is yours
- Require any one of them, or require all of them. Per site.
- Allow off-site check-in if you want it, recorded and flagged, never hidden.
The operational chain
Four stages, one record.
- 01
Capture
A punch from a badge we do not recognise is held, not dropped. Create the employee and it replays itself. A check-in made with no signal replays with the time it happened, not the time the signal came back.
- 02
Watch
Who is on site, per department, against what the roster required. Who is late, by your own tardy and late thresholds. Who has an open session and no check-out. When we lose contact with the server we say so, a quiet morning and a broken connection should never look the same.
- 03
Reconcile
Punches pair into sessions, snap to the roster inside your grace window, and land on the right day even when the shift crosses midnight. What does not add up becomes a named exception, missing punch, overlong session, no-show, unrostered work, and waits for a decision. A manager can write a session by hand; it needs a reason, and it is kept.
- 04
Close
A period closes when every day in it is approved. Force it and the reason is recorded. What comes out is immutable: employee by pay code, in minutes. Unmapped pay codes stop the close rather than quietly guessing.
What we will not do
Six things we will never do to your hours.
- Approved days are never silently recomputed.
Once a manager approves a day, reprocessing leaves it alone.
- An unknown badge is held, not dropped.
Create the employee and the punch replays itself.
- Refused check-ins are recorded too.
With the reason, the GPS distance and the network we saw.
- Minutes are the unit of record.
Hours are a display format, so rounding never compounds.
- An offline check-in keeps its own timestamp.
The time it happened, not the time the network came back.
- A reception QR photographed at 09:00 is useless by 09:05.
It re-rolls, so a shared screenshot is worth nothing.
The arithmetic is proved, not asserted. A 300-seed simulation suite checks that no minute is created or destroyed between a punch and a payroll line.
Where it runs
Different sectors. The same hard questions.
Six properties, one payroll close.
- Staff who work across more than one property
- Front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, maintenance
- Dayparts and overnight cover
